Wine Way Travel Australia
The Client
A wine enthusiast born in South America, living in Australia, whose dream it is to introduce the vast offering of South American wines to the Australian consumer.
The Task
To design the web presence for a brand new international tour operator that effectively portrays its exclusiveness and bespoke tour offering to high income travellers in Australia and New Zealand.
The Approach
We studied competing outbound travel agencies, along with the websites of leading vineyards across Chile and Argentina, to understand how the best of them use storytelling to turn a tasting into an experience worth flying across the world for.
That research shaped every page. Instead of listing destinations, the site leads with narrative: the vineyards, the regions, and the kind of access most travelers never get. Every page was built to speak directly to high income wine enthusiasts in Australia and New Zealand, and each one was reviewed and approved by the client before launch.
We also built a dedicated partnerships landing page with its own contact form, making the case for vineyards and event partners to work with Wine Way. It explained the value of being featured at the exclusive Australian tasting events where the founder introduces her tours and the vineyards behind them. Within three weeks of launch, the site was already collecting inquiries from around the world.

The Itineraries
For each journey, we designed a full itinerary as a premium print piece, built to be looked at, not just read. Laid out day by day, each one walks a traveler through the hotels, the vineyards, and the meals that shape the trip, carrying the same storytelling the rest of the site was built on. The founder shared these in person at exclusive tasting events across Australia, introducing guests to the experiences and the world-renowned vineyards behind each tour.
Colors
Each color was selected with the client to ensure that it captured the essentials tones of the winemaking industry: a Crimson Red represents a good young wine, while dark green represents the color of traditional wine glass bottles and the functional preservation of wine and industry history. A golden tone was chosen as a highlight color.
Tech Stack
The website uses Australian web hosting (VentraIP) for optimized load times.
